Title: Text and objects goes missing

Hi
I have been using Inkscape for a while now with no problems. I just import logo's on to a black background, add some text and save as a PDF. When I open the PDF the text and logo have gone and only the background remain.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but problem remains.
Can anyone help ?

Can you share example files and a screenshot of your export settings?
