How transform spaces created by line to many figures?

Put a rectangle first.
Then draw the lines on the rectangle
Then select rectangle and lines, and do Path -> Cut Path
This will cut the rectangle into many pieces.

Or maybe you only want to fill the space?
Draw line.
Open Fill + Stroke dialog (Ctrl+Shift+F)
In the first tab, click on first square to give it a color
Then click on the icon in the top right corner of the dialog, a black 'heart'. This will fill all the spaces in the line.

Thanks a lot :) I don't want to fill spaces. Your first solution works, but with Division, not Cut Path.
