I have the same problem... Here are the files (svg, png export, pdf export) https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B11fGYq6DiU8c0IzT1RVek5BRVk&usp=sharing There is white shape on top with opacity 60 and blur 4. Everything looks fine when exported to png but the shape disappears in pdf export......
