Convert? If you mean slicing, then I use Gimp for it.

Awesome character! I just love her outfit.
But you definitely shoud do something about her arms, they're looking kinda odd. Especially the one on the right looks like twisted (?). And there's also something wrong with waist, but I don't know what.

Well, I'm not sure is that best way but you could rorate oval 90 degrees to the right and change alligment of the text to center (in Font dialog). Then try to use option Put text on the path on them.

You could also put the original on another layer (at the bottom) and then lock this layer. I think that's better sollution for refference image because you can lock/hide it easily anytime you want.

Hey, it's really cool! But to be frank I don't like that light effect on the screen, and there's definitely something wrong whith keyboard's perspective.
