Actually, after a few hours I went back to Inkscape and messed around.... and found the 'unlock all objects' option. It worked, and I feel a bit stupid, but at least next time I'll know XD

HI, relative newbie here. I'm in the middle of a mandala design, but suddenly I have a problem I can't seem to fix.
