WordPress HTML to display an interactive SVG map
I've got the beginnings of an interactive SVG map http://utatest.dreamhosters.com/get-involved/wisconsin-county-directory/ and I used the plugin SVG Support which allowed me to upload the map. I want to put HTML Bookmarks below the map, so users can click on a county and jump to the appropriate text...

I'm a fairly rookie user of Inkscape. I started with a county map of our state, an .svg file. It's basically a white map with all the county boundaries in black. I want to divide the state up into regions using county boundaries. I can use Fill Bounded Areas to change ALL the lines from black to red...
