I'm having the exact same issue. I just got a ULS Versalaser VL200, and my WinXP 32-bit laptop running Inkscape does not print "vector cuts" (just raster) with any stroke width including 0.001mm. All other functions appear normal. But, those vector cuts would sure save a lot of time for th...
