Thank you for trying to help me. I have LaTeX installed and it runs correctly, I doubt this is an issue as inkscape itself wouldn't compile the output latex file. I will try contacting the github project developer.

Hi Brynn,
Yes. I copied the extensions without Inkscape running, then launched it. Closed it and ran it again. The extension was still not there. Any ideas?

EDIT: I also tried doing this over a clean install of Inkscape to no avail.
