I have created some web layouts in Inkscape and now I would like to polish them in Gimp. So I've saved it as "XCF with layers" file in Inkscape, however, I can't figure out where I can set DPI of raterized file, by default it is 72, which is a bit to small for me.

I've spent long time creating some complex filters, but after restartig Inkscape they all disapear from filters dialog. How can I store them and reuse in other documents?
