How to Delete All Guides using the keyboard and not the menu?
I'm using Inkscape 0.92 on Ubuntu 19.04. I use guides very frequently. So, I tend to use File/Delete All Guides frequently to delete them all, but that requires the keyboard which slows me down quite a bit. I looked in the menu, and there is no key-binding for Delete All Guides: https://i.imgur.com/...

Cannot select rectangle object after a Gaussian Blur is applied
This is about Inkscape 0.92 running on Ubuntu 18.02: I am trying to find the easiest quickest way to just blur out part of a screenshot. I am hoping to apply some type of filter to some object, then move it into place, possibly adjusting its size etc so as to blur out the image or whatever that is u...

Re: How to change white mouse cursor to something visible?
I am guessing that this problem shows up by way of using rdesktop on Linux to display my Windows VM. I do have inkscape on Linux now and am going to shelve this at least for now.
Thanks for the help, everyone!

This is a pre-existing problem all the way back to 0.91. Reinstalled Inkscape again today to check it, and it is still a problem. Running 0.92..1 r15371 on Windows 7. Displaying the Windows desktop to my Linux desktop using a tool called rdesktop. I have no way to determine if the rdesktop is a part...

Re: How to type Degree Sign or alternative letter/signs?
On my version of Inkscape (0.91 r13725 running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS), I found that there is a Glyphs dialog that is handy to find these types of symbols when you do not know the Unicode symbol. Below graphic shows how to use that dialog which I found rather involved (not bad, just involved): http://i...

Re: Stroke Styles -- Default? Copy? Apply?
How to make the style remember the marker type? I need to do some pull out text label with arrows. Thank you! This seems to be a bug. I should be able to have the default remember the arrow type (marker?) on the beziers that I create. But if it is not a bug, could someone please respond to the abov...
