Actually, the entire reason I am vectorizing the image is because the printing company can't handle the bitmap. They need a vectorized image. <sigh>

All I have been asked to vectorize a color image (fireworks, no less). I used Inkscape's 'Multiple scans' functionality and got a decent reproduction, but the image appears as several layers, not as a single vectorized image.
