This is a read-only archive of the inkscapeforum.com site. You can search for info here or post new questions and comments at I was having the same problem as Merritt: "No Extended Input Devices". I have a Wacom Intous 3 tablet. I found out that if I launch Inkscape by using the Wacom mouse or pen, all is good. I can set the devices, and it works fine.
