This is entirely done in Inkscape and using it's own filters for vectors.
It was only exported as a PNG file for creating the preview.

I think it depends on what CorelDraw version you tested. I had this problem with an older Inkscape version but after 0.47 they work fine in Corel X4. If you still want to solve your problem you can try to Weld them in CorelDraw. It will eliminate the empty areas of the overlapping line shapes. I hop...
