I went thru http://www.instructables.com/id/Inkscape-Silhouette-UbuntuRPi/ for the download and installation steps. My desktop computer runs linux while my kids have laptops with windows on it. Would rather use desktop Linux as its much faster, but if I cant get this to work, may have to use the lap...
