Don't take it personally... Wow, my criticism of this site's password management must have really struck a nerve! How do you suppose you would inform a user of their password if they can't read it? The user just typed it in a few seconds earlier. The user would really have to be out of it to forget...

I'm running the 0.47 prerelease on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and it works great. Of course, it runs on top of X11 so it's like you're running two applications at once. Nonetheless, Inkscape on Mac OS X rocks -- it's an awesome graphics editor.
