Horizontal scrollbars obstrusive
Hi dear Inkscape team. There is a "behavior" in the scrollbars at the bottom of the screen/canvas (see image attached). http://s33.postimg.org/cu9293te7/scroll_handlers_obstrusive.png It would be nice if the scrollbars were fixed or unobstrusive since "on mouse over" is very anoy...
