My normal approach is to keep one that I'm happy with, and hten have a bleeding edge one too, if it proves unstable switch back to the other one, if it proves ot be ok for a decent period of use, replace my 'stable' one with it, then repeat the process... My recommendation is to get into the habit of downloading a new builds frequently. When you have problems with a new build, switch back to an old one.
