Re: Help with SVG format for Wacom Inkling data
Sorry to bring up an old topic. I decided to release the code on Github in the hope someone can help: https://github.com/roelj/inklingreader What I've done so far: ⋅ Created a WPI file parser that gets the stroke, tilt and pressure data from the file. ⋅ Created a cairo-based expo...

Re: Help with SVG format for Wacom Inkling data
Thank you for the informative replies. I had to do a lot of reading to figure out what to do. (there's a button to "create a new layer" on the Inkling) What's this supposed to do ? Start a new blank page ? Or (re)start a new stroke on same page ? The "create new layer" button cre...

Help with SVG format for Wacom Inkling data
I'm writing a conversion tool to convert Wacom Inkling (WPI) files to SVG files. I'm already on the right track, the tool is capable of extracting stroke data, pressure data, 'tilt' data and 'new layer' data (there's a button to "create a new layer" on the Inkling) from the WPI files. I do...

Re: Can't use keyboard to change positions
Thanks for your reply. Sorry for such a late reply on my part. I haven't been able to narrow down what triggers it. I moved ~/.config/inkscape, but that didn't stop the "bug". I'm going to try without gtk-oxygen and see if I run into the "bug" again. EDIT: I think the problem is ...

Re: Can't use keyboard to change positions
Thanks for your reply and time. Yes, the X, Y, W and H boxes. The reason why I want to edit the X and Y values with the keyboard is because I want them to be at a precise position (so everything is aligned). I realize I could use a guide for that instead too. Nevertheless, the problem remains, and i...

Can't use keyboard to change positions
Hello there, I'm having a problem with Inkscape that is kind of annoying. When I add a rectangle, text or anything else and want to change its position I can't change the text in the box. I also cannot type anything when trying to save the file. I can select a different file and overwrite it though....
