Hi everyone, I am using a whiteboard animation program where an animated hand draws the svg. I need to be able to order the strokes (objects) or change their order so the hand draws them in a smooth fashion. Is there a way to order the objects (strokes) they are on a single layer.
Thanks

Is there a font or a way to reduce a font to a single line?
Hi everyone. I'm doing some whiteboard animations but the software I am using takes the handwriting fonts and outlines them then fills them in. It looks crappy. So I'd like to use one of my handwriting fonts and reduce it to a single line verse an outlined shape. This way I could adjust the stroke w...

How do I save a word as a graphic object and not a font?

But it seems it converts it back to their default text. SO I need to somehow convert the word I type in Inscape into an ob...

Re: Need help making drawings into single line art 4 whitebo
Tyler, tried what you suggested and it still comes out as multiple objects verse a single line. I found this out by selecting the 'edit paths nodes' and you could clearly see it is outlined verse a single line.

The one on the left is the grouped objects the one on the right is what I would like the final product to look like.
Thanks

Re: Need help making drawings into single line art 4 whitebo
Thanks, but do you think that would work with a cartoon person? Sounds more like a cookie cutter for basic shapes. I was hoping there was some kind of single line trace or a way to merge them all.

Need help making drawings into single line art 4 whiteboard
Hi I need to make traced bitmaps with various parts into a single line drawing. For example I bitmap trace some simple black and white clip art and it results in a black silhouette with many white parts laid over. I would like to make this into a single continuous line instead. Reason being I am usi...
