I think they'll all suffer a bit when reduced down--#1 especially. The F&A monogram could use some beefing up. The strokes are just too thin. The ampersand should also be the same weight as the letters (not necessarily same size...but same weight). I'd try one without the underline as well. Not ...

Deviantart is certain an option...though I'm not sure I have the time nor output to fully devote to that wonderful site. So, here's what I've come up with: - create hatch pattern so that it covers the entire map area - convert all strokes to objects - create the mast areas and then union them into one object - use the pathfinder tools to INTERSECTION only the parts on want The only drawback is that I need to redo this...

I'm drawing a map that we eventually want to distribute as a PDF. I'm shading in various areas of the map using hatch patterns and line patterns and the like.
