Hi, I have exactly the same error. 50sec freeze, then I can access/save the files. CPU at 0% while loading, "not responding" message appears while loading or saving. Also Inkscape has this issue whenever I open/save a blank document. Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, Intel i3-3220 3.30 GHz, 16...
