You were right - installer version does not have this problem for some reason, although I previously downloaded official release in 7z from Inkscape portal

Today I downloaded latest Inkscape version in 7z archive
I started the program and noticed that just by sitting there doing nothing, it constantly uses 20-30% CPU
Why can that be?
