Failure exporting to Signcut...message attached

Version 48 has no option for exporting to SignCut?
In the last version of Inkscape I could export to SignCut, but I find no menu option to export any longer. I am sure I am just overlooking something, but if someone could help me out, I would appreciate it. I have been using Inkscape for about two years now, and I just found this forum. I can't wait...
