Preference options keep popping up in 92.3
I just upgraded to the new 0.92.3 and now each time I select a tool the preference options menu appears. This is new behavior. How do I keep this from happening?

I noticed that you can select the size of the exported image. Apparently Inkscape smoothly enlarges to the designated size. I wanted an 8" square at 300 dpi. When I view the PNG in Photoshop at 100%, it's smooth as silk. It's smooth but slightly blurry at 200%. By 300% it begins to serrate. Sin...
