to @brynn, I just open inkscape by double click the inkscape.exe, not to open a file. I'm using 32 bit true color depth. to @hulf2012, 1. Try to do a clean installation. yes, I did. I unistalled inkscape, and deleted the profile folder (C:\Users\toshiba\AppData\Roaming\inkscape) before I install v0....

Inkscape 0.91 crashes on startup (windowns 7)
v0.48.5 or earlier versions can run on my pc, but v0.91 crashes on startup. It looks like be caused by some extensions.
