I'll try to complete it when the time permits.

I have seen many great images of ice in the net, most of them done in Photoshop and other proprietary software. I thought it would be a good idea to show that Inkscape can be used to create one too. Any water filter out there? I don't know of any, or maybe I am just lazy to look.
