Hey all,
Im new to InkScape and making stickers, but Im trying to learn lol I wanted to know a couple things,
1) Where can I find free vector (.eps) images? most place Ive seen say they are free lol. Im just starting out and on a limited budget.
2) With some text I create in InkScape, they save and work just fine, while others dont.
Also, if I find a image I like, I try and save it as a .eps file and it wont save, drives me batty lol
Anyways, if anyone could point me in the right direction, Id appreciate it.
Oh, I have a ProCut CR630

Hi.
If you spend a little time trying to be more specific in your request, I might be able to provide some help

One problem you may encounter with saving text in SVG files as text objects is that if the font is not available on the computer where the file is to be viewed, it may not be visible. To avoid this problem, you can convert the text to a path. This, though, will prevent the text from being edited as a text object (and it makes your SVG less accessible and indexable).

Just because the word "free" is on the page, doesn't mean you are welcome to use or change someone else's drawing. You should look around and find out what kind of license the image carries, to know whether you are allowed to edit their work. Often this will be found in "Terms of Use", but could also be under "Privacy" or other terminology.
Free could mean a lot of different things -- free of charge, free to use only on your personal website, free to use anywhere, free to use in whole or in part.
Most of the stuff at OCL is entirely free, but not all. Be sure to find out.
