Hi.

I must turn Snap to center on and off a large number of times during drawing because I regulary use "Snap to center" feature for circles. But when I'm resizing other objects, the same feature make the object I want to resize snapping to it's center, wich isn't intended.

The most practical way to "fix" this would be to add another checkbox in Inkscape Preferences --> Snapping and label it "Avoid snapping to center when resizing objects".

Hi. I'm using the latest version from modevia: Inkscape 0.48+devel r10414.

Suddenly I cannot reproduce this behaviour - sitting on my home computer and don't have the drawings that I used when this behaviour occured.

I realize there may be some options that was different. But of course - test drawings for reproducing misbehaviours always works better than a more complex drawing.
