Filter Color

Hello everyone,
Is there anyway to change the color a Filter like Filter>Shadows and Glows>Inner Glow use? I fiddled around with the Filter Editor but with no luck...

In the Filter Editor, select the Flood effect. Then click the Effect Parameters tab. There you can change the color.
