Nice color palette.
For some reason Skype is interfering with the display of the numbers in the gpl file. Had to disable skype addon in Firefox to view the file properly.

Might be an idea to add a "guide" on how to use the file for users new to custom color palettes in Inkscape. ( Palettes are called "Swatches" in Inkscape lingo! )
Basically:

right-click the link in fck's post.
Use "Save link As" (Firefox) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer)
Save the file in the Inkscape share/inkscape/palettes directory.

( If the right click fails:

Click the link in fck's post
Mark and copy the whole page.
Paste into notepad or any text editor.
Save file in the Inkscape share/inkscape/palettes directory.
Name the file molotow.gpl )

Restart Inkscape.

To use the new palette - click on the small left-arrow as shown here and select from the "pop-up" list;

Name-tag for four of the colors in the Palette)
