I'm having problems with inkscape generated pdf's.

If I use them in Prezi, they disappear when zooming in. Also, they sometime appear with strange, dark false (not in the original image) rectangles.

Does anyone know of other (free) ways of converting svg's to pdf? I tried http://www.fileformat.info/convert/image/svg2pdf.htm but it doesn't work.
