I can drawing very many different figures but I cant draing ponts and lines.

It doesn't sound like you have a good grasp of the basics of using Inkscape, so I highly recommend you read the Inkscape Guide.
You can connect lines if you first "combine" them. You'll find a button in the tool control to join nodes when you have
selected.
