How to learn Inkscape?

Hi.

A lot of tutorials are online.
For 'starters' follow the tutorials in the 'official manual' first - will get you up to speed on the basics.

Check out the videos at http://www.littlewebhut.com/inkscape The guy makes fantastic easy to understand tutorials, the eight ball tutorial is the one that got me started with Inkscape.

i learned a lot from watching PhotoAdvanced2's youtube tutorials

On the Inkscape website, you can find 'real' Inkspaces, though ;) :

Off topic:
I've learnt most of the things I now know from suv's answers / looking up things to answer questions in the answer section at launchpad. No mystery ;) Worked with Brynn and Martin on the Inkscape website (contents and a little bit of development).
(you should maybe subscribe to a few Inkscape mailing lists to get to know more Inkscapers ;) - there are quite a few Germans active)

Yes, for some reason most if not all Inkscape devs and a lot of advanced Inkscape users prefer the mailing list. Personally mailing lists drive me crazy :o But if you want to be more involved in the community, it seems to be "a must"
