I'm not clear what you're asking. The link you provided goes to a Shutterstock search for "surf". "Surf" does not translate to "wear" (worn) or "broken", or anything similar. Maybe you pasted the wrong link?
However, the tutorials provided by Caesar for the "grunge" look, is similar (defined as "filth", "dirt", "a type of rock music").
If the translation is difficult, a sample image or screenshot should bridge the communication gap quite well
