1.The way to reproduce it is do something like change the shape of an object and when reopen inkscape it stays that way.
2.Just like I said something I do on inkscape stays permamanently that way.
3.I expect it not to save anything I don't want hope I made it clear

When I do something in inkscape it saves it what I want is to stop it.

Double-click on the tool's icon and either choose 'Use last used style' or 'use tool's own style', depending upon what you want (probably the latter).
Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!

You could deactivate your preferences.xml file (find it by going to Edit -> Preferences -> System: User config) by invalidating it (remove a closing tag somewhere, i.e. delete the last ">"). Then Inkscape will start, but tell you that there's an error and your user settings cannot be saved. Or you could just change the permissions of the file, if you know how to do that.
