nightly builds are not complete?

nightly builds are not complete?

I tried to download the newest nightly build, but all that is in the .7z file is a folder structure containing some java executables in : \inkscape\share\bind\java\lib

i noticed, that following 17th February, the size of the .7zip file is down to 6.3MB (from 40MB) - how does this new way of installing work? do i just have to swap this one folder?

It's probably a bug build, valid file should be bigger, I guess you have to wait till they build it.
just hand over the chocolate and nobody gets hurt
