HI EVERYONE, Im new here, I signed up because this is my last resort as a desperate cry for help! I need assistance with my wacom pen and tablet CTH-670 I use on a MAC-Lion. I paid over 200$ for it, had it for less than 3 months before it went to shit! I am so pissed at Wacom! I mean who can digitally draw/create with a mouse! I cannot, therefore I cannot survive wiyjout my wacom pen/tablet. Asolutely nothing happened to it on my end, but all of a sudden when I would use it, and still its like there is a magnetic force threw the middle of the tablet that is stopping the pen from making contact with it. though top and bottom of this aea its fine. I've downloaded all updates, ytird looking for patches, tried getting assistance from trch support at wacom (so useless) Ive searched the internet for answers for days and days and days and nothing! Im starting to think there is no cure and wacum sold me a 250.00 piece of shit! That I cannot be refunded for!

If anyone has any answers please please Im seeking you so badly right now! I can't create wo my pen/tablet!

Well, Wacom being a respected product, I would be surprised if it doesn't warrant it's products. You should be able to have it fixed under warranty. If it doesn't have a warranty, and you bought it with a credit card, you could use the credit card to get your money back. If you bought it used, I'd say you're out of luck.
