vector tracing tom and jerry

Hey guys, I've been struggling with vector tracing right now. For practice, I want to vectorize this tom and jerry raster image even though I had hands-on with premade vectors for this image readily available on the internet but I want to try it out myself. Hope anyone there helps me deal with it. The image is linked with this post. TIA :)
