Default Box

Hi
I need to move default box in the middle of the Inkscape screen.
How do we remove it?

That's the page border. The page border is important if you want to put your image on the internet, or have it printed. Otherwise you don't need it. You can remove it on Document Properties > Page tab, at the bottom. Uncheck Page Border and Shadow.
