How to add a glow
When I was trying to create something like a Photoshop logo, I saw that there is a glow / gradient behind the text Ps. I tried both linear and radial gradient, but I couldn't make it work. It will be great if I can do a soft white glow at center of a square

Not sure which part you are having trouble with? Gradients are pretty customizable...

There's nothing to upload to YouTube, it's just a gradient and a blurred object. Open the file and look at it.
If you are trying to learn Inkscape from YouTube videos I can't recommend that. Most of those videos are made by novice Inkscapers with the most rudimentary ability, some are possibly by children (I hope!). You would do far better to read the manual (a link can be found in the help menu)!

Ok, I am not sure how to make a blurred object.

Many thanks @tylerdurden I was able to add the glow in my image.
If it is not too much to ask, can you please make a GIF for gradients too ? Because when I try to add one, it spreads through the base image. Something like out of control.
