Hi,

I'm using today's Win32 snapshot "Inkscape 0.46dev+devel, built Jan 11 2008" on Windows 2000, and the command line is not working.
Even the following commands do not output anythig:

C:\Program Files\inkscape\inkscape>inkscape.exe -?
C:\Program Files\inkscape\inkscape>inkscape.exe --help
C:\Program Files\inkscape\inkscape>inkscape.exe -V
C:\Program Files\inkscape\inkscape>inkscape.exe --version

The GUI version works without problems. What is happening?
