Disconnected Arabic letters

Hello there,

I installed the last 0.46 version my Tiger (10.4.11) Mac OS X. When I write Arabic I get disconnected letters - not as Arabic should be.
I had an earlier version (I don't remember which one) that worked perfectly on the same OS version.
I tried to install all prior version down until 0.43 - and the problem wasn't fixed.

Any ideas?
