I've hesitated to ask this question because it seems so simple, but I just want to make sure.

I need to cut circles from existing JPGs. I could not figure it out, but then I found the following post:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=643&p=3355&hilit=circle+clip#p3355

Just wondering, is there's an easier way to simply select a circle and cut it? If not, I can do what's outlined above.

If you want to do a different way you need to use a bitmap editor like the Gimp or Photoshop instead of a vector editor like Inkscape.
