Is there a way to change the measurement from pixel to inches?

Let me clarify. I want to change the rulers that are at the top and side
from pixels to inches.

Changing the Inkscape rulers from pixels to inches:

Ctrl+Shift+D to summon the Document Properties.

First tab = "Page Tab". Under "General" click the drop-down list and select in.

That should do it.
