Hello all:

When I paste a graphic into Inkscape and then trace the bitmap, the edge of the trace is being cutoff by the border of the pasted image. How can I past an image into inkscape and expand the border when it's traced?

Well, only things within the bitmap can be traced. Then you need to expand your bitmap before tracing. What exactly do you mean by cut off?
Could you please attach an example image? Then it should be clear to everybody.
