1 - it's possible to remove all transform command for generate the exact x and y?
2 - It's possible recalculate the x and y for object with x or y negative after ALT + D?

Not sure I understand, but:
1: With the selection tool you can click on an object, then enter X and Y coordinates into the boxes in the toolbar.
2: After ALT-D, transform (SHIFT-CTRL-M) and enter the X and Y displacement.
