As simple as it says in the Topic it would be nice if the Ctrl+F feature would sport more Functions like replacing Strings one is searching for... aplicable to the whole Document.
In Short:
Search & Replace similar to Notepad etc.
Thanks for reading... Answers welcome..
(As i know i can open the SVG in Notepad and edit it there, but it would be neat to have it incorporated)

Unfortunately you can't do this with Inkscape. This bug is slightly related to what you're requesting https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/170378
