Welcome to InkscapeForum!

RBT from Wikipedia:
ring back tone
Australian tv program
random breath test
a single seat Elint aircraft
rational behavior therapy
risk-based testing
Marsabit Airport (Kenya)
Ray Bradbury Theatre
Revised Blooms Taxonomy
Rochester Bridge Trust

RBT from acronyms.TheFreeDictionary.com:
requirements based testing
rainbow trout
Rabat, Malta postal code
results based thinking
Rice Broadcast Television
remote batch terminal
ribbon bridge transporter

"rbt file" from Scroogle:
http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/rbt: Lego MINDSTORMS NXT Program, which further searching reveals it to be a LEGO robotics kit. Wow!

Is that it? FileInfo.com says that it's a data file, rather than a graphics file. Are you looking to convert the XML code somehow?
File-Extensions.org refers to it as a miscellaneous file type.

Inkscape certainly does not directly convert SVG to RBT. I think you would have to look in your LEGO program, to learn what extensions it will accept via open or import. Then once you have that info, we can try to find an intermediary format. PDF is usually the answer, but I really have no idea. So look and see what formats that program can either open or import, and let us know, and then we can go from there :D
