SVG file viewer under Win32
SVG file viewer under Win32
What freeware SVG file viewer are you using under Win? By default, WinXP does not display the SVG thumbnails in explorer and IrfanView plugin that manages the SVG files are not working well. The only application I saw it displaying well is Adobe Bridge, but this is not free. The purpose is to see more images at a time like in IrfanView Thumbnails and not one by one. Any suggestion?

I think there are similar topics here already, besides Adobe svg viewer people have looked into Renesis player http://www.examotion.com/
I haven't tried it but they claim it does give you svg thumbnails

Re: SVG file viewer under Win32
Thank you prkos. I found on that site a renesis plugin (642,5 kB) that allows win explorer to display the svg files in thumbnail mode. I just installed and tested it. Even if it is not very fast, it is doing well the job. In this case, the problem of exploring the folders with svg files I think it is resolved.

Re: SVG file viewer under Win32
Oh geez, I don't know how I missed this topic!
I've needed some way to view my Inkscape graphics outside of the software, not to mention svg from the internet, for a while. Recently disappointed to learn that the Adobe viewer is no longer supported. But b4 I could download Renesis, I had some trouble with my computer, and by the time I got things working right, I had forgotten about Renesis So I'm really glad for the reminder!
I followed prkos' and qbit's links to the Examotion / Renesis site, and discover that there are 4 different versions. Well ok, "versions" is probably not the right terminology. But there are 3 different downloads. Anyway, just thought I'd mention it.
