I'm new to Inkscape after discovering that my MacBook upgrade somehow disabled some of the functionality of Corel Draw, which I've been using on and off for 20+ years. So it's time to start from square one in a new program.
I've already hit a roadblock and will be posting it, but if there any Corel Draw ex-pats who have particular suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

Howdy,
I'm not a regular Corel User, but first thing you will miss is the object tree/explorer navigation. You can see object hierarchy in the xml editor tho.
